Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Rochester, MN is seeking an ICT test technician to perform Go/No Go testing on systems assemblies, PCBs and subassemblies using standard test equipment and procedures. You will set up tests, interpret failure parameters, document results in the Quality Management System, and support continuous improvement in a safety-sensitive environment with regular overtime as needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Performs ICT and functional Go/No Go testing on systems assemblies, subassemblies, PCBs and products using test equipment and procedures.
• Sets up test equipment and understands test/assembly processes for each board or system tested.
• Operates test equipment and records failure parameters in the Quality Management System (PFS).
• Identifies component types and reads values (ICS, resistors, capacitors, etc.).
• Maintains records of tested units and contributes to quality assurance.
