Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a Camarillo electronics manufacturer to hire a Test Operator on a full-time, on-site basis. You will support testing and production by connecting assemblies to test equipment and running software-driven tests in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of electronics testing experience, ability to read multimeters, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Overtime and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of electronics test operator experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand a multimeter.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow testing instructions and mechanical drawings.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Connect electronic assemblies to test equipment and run software-driven tests.
• Assemble cable harnesses and support electronic testing processes.
• Operate testing equipment such as Flying Probe, ICT, and related systems as needed.
• Read and utilize multimeters to perform testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Review electronic drawings, test instructions, and work procedures using a computer.
• Follow ESD, ISO, quality, and production standards.
• Inspect work for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Provide support in additional production departments as needed.
