Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an Electronics Tester for a temp-to-hire position in Camarillo, CA. The role involves testing manufactured electronics, connecting units to test equipment, and assembling cable harnesses in a hands-on production environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of electronics test experience, can read a multimeter, and communicates clearly in English. Onsite hours are Monday–Friday, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of electronics test operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and use a multimeter.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience operating flying probe or ICT testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic testing on manufactured products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Connect units to electronic test equipment and execute software-based test procedures.
• Assemble cable harnesses and support production testing needs as required.
• Review work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications, work orders, and drawings.
• Follow ESD, ISO, safety, and quality procedures throughout the testing process.
• Support other production departments as needed while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
