Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Test Technician in Santa Clara, California, to join a dynamic electronics testing team. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, soldering, and the ability to run tests on components, sub-assemblies, and test stands while following SOPs.

You will calibrate, test, and document results, use network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power meters, and assist in packaging and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of relevant repair analysis experience
• Proficiency in soldering and tools
• Strong English communication and ability to follow instructions
• MS Office and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
• ESD-safe work environment and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Assemble, calibrate, and test components and sub-assemblies
• Solder PCBs and install wire harnesses and simple electrical wiring
• Follow SOPs, raise issues, and help draft SOPs
• Plan repair processes based on troubleshooting results
• Record service logs, calibration data, and quotes
• Support data extraction from equipment and test scripts
• Assist packaging for shipment and support engineering tasks
