Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Test Engineer I (1st Shift) to design, develop, and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for electronic circuit board production. The role requires evaluating testability and supporting manufacturing with debugging and downtime reduction.

The candidate will generate test data reports, define testing sequences, and ensure conformance to ISO/QS standards while training production staff and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience designing and maintaining test procedures.
• Ability to analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
• Knowledge of tester hardware and software for electronics testing.

Responsibilities

• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging.
• Prepare testing procedures from design phase through production.
• Generate reports and analysis of test data.
