Jabil is seeking a Test Engineer I (1st Shift) to design, develop, and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for electronic circuit boards. This on-site role is based at the Prince George, VA facility and requires collaboration with manufacturing to reduce downtime.

The candidate should have a BS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related experience, plus strong skills in data analysis, testing, and reporting. Training and safety adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation and procedures.
• Experience in testing electronic circuit boards and debugging test equipment.
• Proficiency in analyzing test data and generating technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test procedures for PCB production.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis and downtime reduction of test equipment.
• Prepare documentation from design phase to initial production.
• Generate reports and tests data analyses for test engineering.
