Responsibilities

• Lead daily electronics technicians and prioritize assignments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Review completed work for quality and compliance with procedures.
• Develop and promote standardized practices across regions.
• Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair efforts for complex equipment.
• Support equipment reliability and continuous process improvement.
• Assist with inventory, parts planning, and purchasing within policy.
• Evaluate and test new electronic or automation technologies.
