Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Knowledge reading blueprints and schematics is necessary.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Regular attendance as scheduled is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform PLC programming changes and modifications.
• Execute instrument calibration (DC powered loops, 4-20 mA, and Digital).
• Implement configurations on instrumentation with the HART handheld communicator.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant operating systems with minimal downtime; troubleshoot electronic components, PLCs, and controls.
• Service electronic equipment by testing and replacing faulty components, circuits, and boards.
• Analyze electrical systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and dependability.
• Maintain equipment logs recording performance problems, repairs, or tests.
• Set up and test industrial equipment to ensure proper function.
