Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent (8 years PLC/NC/CNC experience).
• Strong understanding of electrical practices, capabilities and quality requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and apply maintenance knowledge.
• Proficient use of oscilloscopes and measurement tools.
• Good written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Regular attendance and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform PLC programming changes and modifications.
• Execute instrument calibration (DC loops, 4-20 mA, Digital).
• Configure instrumentation with the HART handheld communicator.
• Troubleshoot plant systems and repair electronic components and PLCs.
• Service electronic equipment and replace faulty components.
• Maintain equipment logs and document performance or repairs.
• Setup and test industrial equipment for proper operation.
• Consult with customers or engineers to plan layouts and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with others to install or maintain equipment.
• Abide by policies and safety regulations; meet attendance requirements.
