Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of electronic security systems for federal, local and commercial customers.

Ideal candidates have an HS diploma or GED and strong oral, written and presentation skills, with experience in multidisciplinary teams. The role requires safety compliance and may involve physical work at height and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configures hardware and software; tests systems for proper operation.

• Communicates with project teams and clients.
• Surveys field conditions and documents findings for the project team.
