M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 2 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

The role involves on-site installations, maintenance, and support for federal, local, and commercial customers, ensuring the reliability and safety of electronic security systems. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of electronics experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license.
• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Executes various technical tasks and responsibilities within field operations.
• Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Ensures the functionality and reliability of various technologies.
• Conducts site surveys, configures hardware and software, tests systems, and provides technical support.
• Communicates effectively with clients and team members; enforces safety and policies.
