Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role involves on-site installations, maintenance, testing, and support across federal, local, and commercial projects.

Applicants must have 4+ years of electronics experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain/maintain security clearances. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems and customer programs.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good time management and organization to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Conduct site surveys and configure hardware and software; test systems for proper operation.
• Provide technical support to customers and communicate effectively with teams.
• Ensure safety plan compliance and adherence to policies.
• Plan, prioritize, and document field conditions and project feedback.
