Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit.

You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, and testing of electronic security solutions for federal, local, and commercial customers. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in electronics installation or maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of electronic security systems.
• Configure hardware and software, test systems, and provide technical support to customers.
• Analyze drawings and ensure constructability and accuracy in installations.
• Maintain tool inventory and ensure safety compliance on site.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and customers.
