Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in automated equipment and/or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic welding and cutting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and control systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, support, and facilities equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with production, support, or facilities equipment.
• Repair and program equipment controls and automation where needed.
• Assist technicians with equipment training to improve proficiency and advancement.
• Identify maintenance improvements during inspections or daily Gemba walks.
• Communicate stock outages for parts to maintenance support.
• Set up equipment to aid production and schedule repairs as required.
• Maintain building safety controls and perform routine safety checks.
