Hayden Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in our Tulsa facilities. You will diagnose complex failures, support less-experienced technicians, and contribute to equipment reliability and continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in industrial maintenance preferred.
• At least three years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in heavy manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mechanical power transmission, electrical systems, motor controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and reading electrical prints.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and documenting work orders.

Responsabilidades

• Support Facilities and Maintenance Manager and related projects, shutdowns, equipment installations and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair production and facility equipment using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic methods.
• Perform alignment, lubrication, and repair on bearings, belts, gears, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Troubleshoot power and control circuits using prints and schematics; escalate programming when needed.
• Repair motors, motor controls, relays, transformers, instrumentation, and low-voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC I/O, ladder logic, HMIs, sensors, and servo components; assist with software changes.
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems with schematics; repair pumps, valves, hoses, and cylinders.
• Fabricate or modify repair parts using welding and machine tools as needed.
• Document failure causes and repairs; identify recurring issues using RCA methods.
• Order routine parts and support outages and contractor coordination.
• Coach junior technicians on safe troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
• Participate in preventive maintenance, safety, reliability, and process improvements.
