Job summary

Hayden Industrial is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a heavy manufacturing setting.

The role requires diagnosing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, managing work orders, fabricating parts, and assisting with inventory while ensuring a safe, clean work environment. Expect to work 5:00 a.m–5:30 p.m., Friday–Sunday, in person with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems including 480-volt connections.
• Knowledge of crane operation and welding equipment.
• Proficient reading of blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong preventive maintenance experience and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Complete work orders and input data promptly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Operate machine tools for fabrication as needed.
• Assist in ordering and managing parts inventory.
• Keep records of schematics and photos.
