Qualifications
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Automation and control systems experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT skills (MS Office, data entry systems).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety, environmental, and health regulations and policies.
- Ensure equipment and materials meet quality standards; partner with Quality teams.
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance (preventive and corrective).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to breakdowns.
- Support installations, upgrades, and process changes; document fixes.
- Identify losses and participate in kaizen and continuous improvement.
