Job Summary

*$3,000 Sign-on Bonus!*

• Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems.
• Troubleshoot servo drives and servo motors.
• Troubleshoot machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain Vision Systems.
• Perform other duties as required or requested by management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform work safely between 0 and 480 volts.
• Understand Ethernet and Ethercat protocols.
• Possess basic mechanical skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Know relay logic circuits, PMA Controllers, PID Controllers, and MotoMan Robotics.
• Have experience or training in 5's, Lockout & Tagout, plant safety, and machine operations.
• Be familiar with safety, environmental, and quality policies, including ISO standards and hazardous waste management, based on competence and need.

Your Profile

• Associate's Degree in a related field, or 2-4 years of industry experience and training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand PLC programs such as Siemens, Beckhoff, Moller, Allen Bradley.
• Ability to read wiring schematics.
• Understanding of sensors, proximity sensors, and vision systems.
• Knowledge of electricity and safety switches and relays.
• Experience wiring motors and checking rotation.
• Familiarity with ASI Bus and Profi Bus Systems.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and measurement devices.
