Job summary

Responsibilities include handling shipping docs, carrier coordination, proper packing with ESD precautions, and updating ERP records.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Epicor preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage shipping and customs documents to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal teams.
• Ensure proper packing and handling of shipments, including ESD precautions.
• Respond to urgent shipping requests with accuracy and speed.
• Verify order details, quantities, and serial numbers; conduct quality checks.
