Job summary

VadaTech is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to manage timely and accurate shipments, maintain complete documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards. In a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment, you will support inventory accuracy and documentation integrity across the supply chain.

The role requires coordinating with carriers, handling customs paperwork, and performing receiving tasks with meticulous records and ERP system updates.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Epicor is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal/external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and ESD handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage shipping and customs documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, labels, declarations) to ensure compliance and timely shipments.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries with carriers and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper packing and handling of outbound shipments, with ESD precautions where applicable.
• Respond to urgent shipping requests with accuracy and speed.
• Verify order details, quantities, and serial numbers; perform final quality checks on shipments.
• Maintain records of shipments, tracking numbers, and related docs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and industry standards.
• Update ERP/stock systems to reflect shipped items and maintain stock levels.
• Assist with receiving/inspection and reconciliation to align physical inventory with system records.
• Route received materials to the appropriate departments and ensure proper identification and labeling.
• Process incoming shipments against open POs; verify supplier, part, quantity, and packing slip.
