UBREAKIFIX is seeking a hands-on Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices, including smartphones, tablets and computer hardware. You will clearly explain issues to customers and provide repair estimates while upholding quality standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility, with options for full-time or part-time schedules. Experience in soldering or console repair is a plus but not required; training is available.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in simple terms.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Ensure repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards.
• Greet customers and maintain a positive work environment.
• Answer store phone with professionalism.
• Deliver superior customer service and exceed expectations.
• Track devices and inventory; safeguard stock.
• Maintain accurate records using the POS system.
• Keep store clean and professional.
