Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets and similar devices.
• Explain tech concepts clearly to customers.
• Meet performance goals and earn uncapped commissions.
• Manage store inventory and restock as needed.
• Package and ship devices for same‑day service.
• Promote Connected Home protection plans.
• Work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
