Job summary

This on-site 3rd shift role includes a 12% shift differential above base pay. A DoD Secret clearance is required, and U.S. citizenship is necessary. No relocation offered. You will collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience with electronic assemblies.
• Experience with QA processes, testing, and/or troubleshooting of electronic assemblies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of electronic assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Verify assemblies meet engineering drawings, schematics, and customer specifications.
• Identify, document, and disposition defects, non-conformances, and deviations from the manufacturing process.
• Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for corrective actions.
• Provide real-time support to the production floor by addressing quality concerns, resolving technical issues, and assisting with troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
