Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN to recruit a detail‑oriented Quality Inspector. You will inspect parts and assemblies using precision equipment and follow established procedures to assure conformance to specifications and industry standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and collaboration with Quality Engineers and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and inspection procedures.
• Ability to make inspection decisions using established specifications.
• Working knowledge of measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Ability to perform electrical testing of components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Ability to work well with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, components, and assemblies for conformance to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, inspection procedures, and process sheets.
• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
• Conduct electrical testing per procedures and blueprint requirements.
• Record inspection data accurately and generate inspection documents.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow ISO 9001 and AS 9100 requirements and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teams to meet production and quality goals.
