Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Irvine, CA is seeking a Quality Inspector 3 (Electronics) to perform in-process and final inspections of subassemblies and electronic systems. You will use standard inspection devices and testing equipment, following IPC-A-610 and JSTD-001 procedures, and work from schematics, drawings, and blueprints with precision instruments.

The role requires 3–6 years of electronics inspection experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 years related electronics inspection experience.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and JSTD-001 preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and maintenance manuals; communicate in English.
• Proficiency with basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inspect layout and installation of wiring, cables, and components to detect assembly errors.
• Compare assemblies with parts lists to detect missing hardware.
• Visually inspect joints, wires, and cables to identify soldering defects.
• Measure parts for conformance to specifications using precision instruments.
• Document inspection results and report defects; participate in in-process and final inspections.
