Job summary

Synerfac Inc, a contract electronics manufacturer, is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to oversee daily production activities and support leadership across multiple cells. You will drive productivity and ensure quality, working closely with production leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to manage staffing, schedules, and resources to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or production leadership experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing with large production teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Ability to drive productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily production operations across multiple manufacturing and assembly departments.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of 50+ production employees.
• Establish weekly productivity goals and monitor performance to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources to support production schedules.
• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, and overall performance.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Maintain a quality-first culture throughout the manufacturing process.
• Communicate production issues, resource constraints, and operational concerns to senior leadership.
• Support employee development, training, and performance management activities.
• Assist with implementing process improvements and corrective actions when issues arise.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
