Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronics manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Associates or higher in Electrical/Industrial Eng, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with SMT/PCBA/Box Build and Lean manufacturing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate staffing, cross-training, and overtime to meet production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure ISO 9001, IPC standards, ESD compliance, and proper documentation.
• Partner with Quality and Process Engineering on NPI and defect reduction.
• Maintain accurate production records and labor reporting.
