Job summary

Foxconn is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift in California to lead daily production floor execution, oversee leads, technicians and operators, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across assigned manufacturing areas.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, review KPIs, and ensure work instructions and procedures are followed to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Lean/safety training or certifications preferred.
• Experience leading production teams in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1st-shift production execution to meet output, quality, safety and schedule goals.
• Supervise leads, technicians, operators, and support personnel with daily tasks and performance.
• Review priorities, staffing, materials readiness, equipment status, line coverage, and shift goals.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, SOPs, ESD controls, safety rules, and customer requirements.
• Drive KPI review, problem solving, corrective actions, and shift reporting.
