Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking a production supervisor to guide and coach shop personnel toward on-time, quality manufacturing. You will lead, train, and mentor teams, schedule work, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily output, coordinating with Quality and Engineering, maintaining accurate records, and participating in productivity improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, mediate, and motivate employees.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Basic quality and manufacturing safety knowledge required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Oracle required.
• Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma required, Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role required.
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
