Moog in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Production Controller to plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time commitments. This role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to manage production flow and the Master Production Schedule.

You will prioritize work orders, manage material readiness, track WIP, and drive execution of schedules, while contributing to continuous improvement and Lean

Competenze

• 3+ years of production planning, production control, or manufacturing scheduling experience.
• Ability to analyze production data and make scheduling decisions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet production objectives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Manage production priorities based on customer requirements and program commitments.
• Release and monitor work orders through the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve production constraints.
• Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and identify schedule risks.
• Analyze material shortages and work with material planners to minimize production disruptions.
• Support execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Track production performance against schedule commitments and key performance indicators.
• Support capacity planning and demand forecasting activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on schedule adherence and manufacturing efficiency.
