Moog Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking an Operations Manager to lead CCA/electronics manufacturing operations. This onsite role features a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, and you will guide supervisors, technicians, and operators toward safe, efficient production.

You will collaborate with engineering to optimize PCB assembly processes, drive Lean and Industry 4.0 initiatives, and build a strong talent pipeline to sustain high-quality output and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM or 4+ years of professional leadership in manufacturing
• 3+ years leadership in CCA/PCB/EMS/electronic manufacturing environment
• Experience with SMT, AOI/AXI, ICT testing and related processes

Aufgaben

• Manage a large team of supervisors, technicians, and associates on a multi-shift schedule
• Ensure safety and maintain an excellent safety record
• Build talent pipeline: recruit, onboard, and develop leaders and associates
• Collaborate with engineering to startup and optimize CCA equipment and processes
• Drive continuous improvement via metrics (Yield, OEE, throughput)
• Report area status/risks to leadership and foster cross-department collaboration
