Job summary
Autoliv is seeking an Electronics Process Lead Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI to drive engineering execution and coordinate cross-functional teams across automotive programs. Qualifications
- 7+ years automotive engineering experience.
- Lead engineering teams and customer-facing activities.
- Fluent English communication with OEMs.
- Strong knowledge of electronic and mechatronic systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineering interface with OEMs, leading technical discussions and issue resolution.
- Drive engineering execution and program delivery with status, risks, and recovery plans.
- Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
- Own and manage the Engineering Open Issues List with prioritization and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, launch readiness activities and DV/PV planning.
