Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge waiting customers and assure they will be helped shortly.
• Listen to customer needs and ask follow‑up questions to match products.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.
