Job summary

North Atlantic Industries is seeking a technically skilled engineer/technician to perform moderate component-level troubleshooting across multiple product lines in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle testing with electronic measuring equipment, conduct ESS and vibration tests, and provide failure analysis to identify trends. Collaboration with engineering on new builds and process improvements is expected, with opportunities for cross-training and growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional engineering/production experience.
Associates degree preferred.
U.S. Person eligible to work in the United States and able to verify status upon hire.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot component-level issues across multiple product lines.
Use electronic measuring equipment to test and measure performance.
Perform ESS and vibration testing on products.
Provide failure analysis and identify trends to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with engineering on new product builds and process improvements.
Maintain product workflow and assist in cross-training teammates.

Summary

Under minimum supervision, performs moderate component level troubleshooting and testing of multiple product lines.

Requirements

Moderate component level troubleshooting.
Moderate usage/ knowledge of electronic measuring equipment.
Perform ESS/Vibration Testing.
Provide failure analysis and identify trends.
Ability to multitask and cross-train on multiple product lines.
Maintain product workflow and suggest process improvements.
Interface with engineering on new product builds.
Empowered to make decisions and actions regarding their product line.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

2+ years professional experience in engineering/production environment.
Associates degree preferred.
Candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), and must be able to provide appropriate documentation upon hire to verify this status. Please note that some positions involve sensitive customer contracts and require U.S. citizenship as a condition of employment.

Preferred Skills and Abilities
