Job summary

Required: a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union setting, plus ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

• Reading electrical schematics essential

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and shift operations.
• Promote a safe and compliant workplace as part of ISO 9001 quality program.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve design-related challenges.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs and develop work schedules.
• Record shift production and contribute to planning and project initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs and improve efficiency through training.
• Direct hourly employees and maintain job safety and training programs.
• Ensure adherence to standard work practices and foster strong employee relations.
