Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Operations Tech in Bellevue, WA to support PCB assembly, soldering, testing and repair in a high‑reliability electronics environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams, interpret test results, document findings, and help resolve production issues while following IPC standards.

This role offers Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm hours, a pay range of $27–$29 per hour, and opportunities for hands-on growth and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies to the component level.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and documentation requirements.
• Technical certification or training in electronics, PCB assembly, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough-hole and surface-mount (SMT) PCB soldering, assembly, rework, and repair.
• Install, replace, and repair electronic components while preventing damage to printed circuit boards.
• Conduct functional and electrical testing of PCB assemblies using established test procedures.
• Interpret test results, identify failures, and accurately document test findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
