Job summary

QPS Employment Group in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Assembly associate to build electronic and mechanical cable components from diagrams. You will use crimping tools and hand tools, inspect finished assemblies, and ensure quality.

Meet production goals, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; shifts include 1st or 2nd, with hours 7:30am–4:00pm or 4:00pm–2:30am.

Qualifications

• Ability to read instructions and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8 inch.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
