Job summary

Resolux Inc. is seeking a dependable Electrical Cable Assembly Technician to build, terminate, test, inspect, and package cable assemblies of various gauges. Training is provided; prior experience helps but is not required.

You will work on a first shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in Des Moines, IA, with potential overtime and seasonal schedule adjustments. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork as you follow work instructions, calibrate tools, and document test results.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; ability to safely perform hands-on manufacturing and assembly work.
Experience in cable assembly or related fields is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety in a production setting.

Responsibilities

Load cable reels into payoff equipment and operate cable-handling systems.
Set up and operate cable coiling equipment and measure lengths for termination.
Strip jackets, apply identifications, and prepare conductors for termination.
Assemble and install connectors and related components, test assemblies, and document results.
Maintain organized workstations and follow safety procedures on the production floor.
