Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build, terminate, test, inspect, and package cable assemblies of varying gauges.
• Set up and operate cable handling and coiling equipment.
• Measure, cut, strip, and terminate conductors per drawings and instructions.
• Perform continuity testing and record results per quality procedures.
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety guidelines.
