Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of coaching experience; coach entry to mid-level production roles.
• Monitor, track, and schedule training with new coworkers.
• Complete training checklists, including re-certifications.
• Review training progress with trainees and provide weekly feedback; adjust plans as needed.
• Provide training status updates to the production supervisor on a weekly basis.
• Review documentation in PFS for accuracy, quality compliance and updates.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve training quality and throughput.
• Cross-train coworkers in related manufacturing operations as needed.
• Perform operator duties when not training and demonstrate Benchmark Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in secondary areas to meet production goals.
• Document training status and provide feedback to trainees weekly.
