Responsibilities

• Train coworkers and monitor progress to defined training plans.
• Schedule training and track trainee progress; complete checklists including re-certifications.
• Provide training status updates to production supervisors weekly.
• Assist in maintaining process documentation and quality compliance.
• Cross-train coworkers and assist in production duties when not training.
