Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in coaching; coach entry to mid-level production roles.
• Read, understand, and train others in process instructions, schematic drawings, and manufacturing routings.
• Must complete BEI Train the Trainer class.

Responsibilities

• Train coworkers and monitor progress to defined training plans.
• Perform production work to maintain skill sets as required.
• Monitor, track, and schedule training with new coworkers.
• Complete training check lists, including re-certifications.
• Review training progress with trainee and provide weekly feedback.
