Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with contract manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate a variety of automated/manual machines and hand tools.
• Ability to drive solutions to planning issues with direction from senior management.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes production schedule and assigns jobs to line workers to meet delivery dates.
• Plans work assignments for group based on priority and worker skills.
• Assigns duties to workers and evaluates performance.
• Implements company policies and procedures.
• Assesses product per manufacturing and quality standards for acceptability.
• Reviews operations records and maintenance costs.
