Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing and supplier relationships across multiple sites. The role focuses on optimizing turns, reducing waste, and ensuring on-time production through strong team leadership.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in contract manufacturing, with proven experience in procurement, planning and data-driven decision making. Strong Excel/Access skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience and strong people management skills.
• Experience with inventory control, logistics, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to support on-time production while minimizing excess stock.
• Lead and coach Buyers, Production Services, Quoting Specialist and Proposal Administrator.
• Develop metrics and drive continuous improvement across purchasing and materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers and monitor price, quality and delivery performance.
• Interface with program managers on forecasting and customer orders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
