Job summary

The role reports to the President and directs procurement operations, performance metrics, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management: supervise, train, coach, and evaluate department staff.
• Inventory & vendor management: maintain optimal inventory levels, negotiate pricing, manage stock and service levels.
• Customer & vendor relations: serve as primary contact for accounts and suppliers with professional communication.
• Process improvement: establish and refine procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Strategic oversight: supervise internal logistics and merchandising teams as assigned.
• Marketing & promotional execution: direct marketing functions including campaigns and product launches.
• Strategic growth & sales support: lead bid analyses and collaborate with sales and product teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
