Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with assembly processes of printed electronic circuit boards.
• Solid knowledge of IPC standards and ISO certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly manufacturing associates and equipment maintenance.
• Document manufacturing processes in accordance with ISO standards.
• Lead internal production meetings and provide updates to management.
