You will lead a team of Electronics Technicians across multiple shifts, uphold quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with Quality and Engineering to maintain a seamless flow of materials and finished goods.

This role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and compliance with ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work 100% on-site.
• Willingness to travel to Los Angeles for training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electronics manufacturing operations to meet output and quality targets.
• Monitor work-in-progress, material flow, and finished goods to maintain throughput.
• Collaborate with Scheduling to maintain a high-utilization daily production plan.
• Support ISO 9001 documentation and audit preparation.
• Develop and coach Production Leads and technicians for growth.
• Communicate across departments to align goals and production status.
