Job summary

Spartronics is seeking a Program Management Coordinator to support the Program Management team. The role focuses on scheduling, PO processing, quotations input, and data verification, with regular customer-facing activities and cross-functional coordination.

The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment. On-site work in North Logan, UT, with a U.S. citizenship requirement for ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support program management activities, including schedule coordination, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on program status, materials readiness, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain program documentation, ERP records, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Assist with customer communications, order status updates, and documentation requests.
• Support proposals, program reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
