Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Oskaloosa, IA, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our electronics repair and upgrade team. You will set up production lines, support technicians, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across production setup, test systems, and component-level diagnostics, mentoring staff and collaborating with product teams to improve reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with microprocessor- or microcontroller-based products.
• Electronics manufacturing/testing/repair experience preferred.
• Ability to design and maintain test fixtures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup of new production line equipment for testing, repair, and upgrades.
• Assist design and maintenance of test fixtures and systems including hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned products.
• Collect repair data and maintain repair records/databases.
• Provide feedback to development teams on design corrections and trends.
• Mentor operations and repair technicians.
