• Lead the setup of new production line equipment used to test, repair, and upgrade electronic products.
• Assist in the design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and test systems (hardware, software, and mechanical components).
• Troubleshoot product failures and perform root-cause analysis on electronics returned from customer facilities.
• Collect repair data and maintain accurate repair records and databases.
• Provide feedback to product development regarding design corrections and enhancements.
• Assist in developing and documenting troubleshooting and repair protocols.
• Perform repairs on returned devices per established safety standards.
